Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If you need to cancel your reservation or service booking, please notify us as soon as possible. A cancellation made three days(72hrs) or more before the scheduled date will result in a refund of 50% from the deposit that has been paid. However, cancellations made less than three days(72hrs) before the scheduled date are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note that any third-party fees associated with the transaction (such as processing fees) may not be refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Please note that all bookings that were made are final, and we do not offer any other form of refunds. We encourage you to carefully review our services and ask any questions before making a bookings. In the event of extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion. However, any such exceptions do not constitute a waiver of this refund policy. We are committed to providing high-quality services and are here to address any concerns you may have.
